GHOST WARES
The Ghost Ware Series was a body of work that stemmed from a remark made by a character in Ingmar Bergman’s 1963 film “The Silence,” which I had just seen. I was intrigued by the line that one must tread carefully among the ghosts in one’s past. It struck me as a worthy theme to investigate. —Jim Melchert
